PetPal Pro

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription to PetPal Pro. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (after any free trial).

To request a refund, visit Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

2. Mid-Cycle Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

3. Client Booking Payments

Payments for pet care services are made directly between the pet owner and the sitter — PetPal Pro does not process, collect, or hold these payments. Refunds for services — such as a cancelled walk or an unsatisfactory visit — are resolved directly between the sitter and the client. Sitters are responsible for refunding clients according to their own policies and applicable law.

If you paid a sitter and the service was not provided, we can't refund it ourselves, but contact us at support@petpalpro.shop and we will do what we can to help.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are handled by Paddle. Visit paddle.net (or use the link in your Paddle receipt email) and have the following ready:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The date of the charge and the amount
  • A brief reason for the request

You can also email us at support@petpalpro.shop and we will help. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

5. Subscription Payments Processed by Paddle

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's Seller Terms apply to subscription transactions, and Paddle handles tax collection and invoicing on our behalf. In cases of disputed charges, Paddle's dispute process may apply.
