Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

PetPal Pro ("the Service") is operated by Syed Muhammad Ali Naqvi, a sole proprietor trading as PetPal Pro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing free limits, circumventing billing, or interfering with the Service.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

The Service offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans ("Solo" and "Pro"). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which handles payment collection, sales tax, invoicing, and refunds. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and ourRefund Policy. Your card may be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Paddle receipt emails or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then.

5. Client Booking Payments

Sitters may set prices on bookings and send clients a secure payment link. These one-time payments are also collected by Paddle. Payment is collected on behalf of the sitter, and the sitter is responsible for delivering the agreed services and for refunding clients in accordance with their own policies and applicable law. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Commit fraud or send deceptive or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or other accounts
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or the services you provide
• Store or share illegal content, including exploitative material involving minors

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PetPal Pro and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the business data you enter (client profiles, pet records, bookings, and reports). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that client payments will be collected on any particular schedule.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetPal Pro and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetPal Pro from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of pet care services to clients.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
